Annual Officer’s Contact Information Updates
The process to add new officers contact information to your PTA changed in May 2018. Any of your outgoing officers can log in and add new officers to your PTA MemberHub site. The most up-to-date information is available on our MemberHub webpage.
If you prefer, you can complete the Add Officer form (formally FormA) (instructions for the paper form available here) and then email or mail the completed form to your Region Director by June 15 or as soon as elections are held.
