Annual Officer’s Contact Information Updates
The process to add new officers contact information has changed effective May 2018. An outgoing or continuing officer will need to login to the MemberHub PTA site to add officers for the new year. The most up-to-date information is available on our MemberHub webpage.
If you prefer, you can complete the Add Officer form (formally FormA) (instructions for the paper form available here) and then email or mail the completed form to your Region Director by June 15 or as soon as elections are held.
