Our local plan representatives are available for in-person events or virtual workshops and benefits fairs. We host webinars via Teams or ZOOM about NY’s 529 Direct plan. Our webinars run about 30-45-minutes, dependent upon questions, etc.
Another alternative is that we conduct on-going monthly webinars. You may pick a date and time that works best for you and your family, which you can access here.
There is no enrollment period for the NY 529 Direct Plan. Anyone can open NY 529 accounts at any time.
To take advantage of the annual NYS income tax deduction for your NYS 529 contributions, contributions must be made by December 31.
