National PTA Grants

We are pleased to announce that applications for grant funding from National PTA and their generous supporters are now open! Nearly $1.2M in funding is available to PTAs/PTSAs in the areas of digital safety, STEM, healthy lifestyles, the arts, PTSA student engagement, membership and capacity building and more.

There are grant opportunities for all levels of PTA/PTSA, including local, district/council/region, state, community-based, special interest and special education. Here’s What’s Offered for 2025-2026

Funding Guarantee for PTAs/PTSAs Serving High School Students

Any high school PTA/PTSA serving families and students in 9th-12th grade that is not selected to receive funding for a National PTA program will be guaranteed to receive a $100 contribution from National PTA to offset the costs to run a National PTA program within their school community.

Fall 2025 National PTA Program Grants

Applications close Sept. 24 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

Funding is available to PTAs to help conduct programs in school communities. There are a variety of available grant opportunities for PTAs/PTSAs serving a variety of ages/grades in the areas of STEM, the arts, digital safety, healthy lifestyles and more. While National PTA programs are free, funding can help cover the costs of custodial services, childcare, food, transportation and translation services to ensure all families can participate. 2025-2026 Vape-Free Futures Challenge Grant

Applications close Sept. 24 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

The 2025-2026 Vape-Free Futures Challenge Grant provides district/council/region PTAs with $2,500 of support from Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids to conduct grassroots advocacy on the issue of vaping and e-cigarette use. Learn more and apply now at PTA.org/Grants.

High School PTSA/PTA Youth Engagement Capacity Building Funding

Applications close Sept. 24 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

New this year, National PTA is offering $5,000 each to up to 20 PTAs/PTSAs as part of the High School PTSA/PTA Youth Engagement Capacity Building (YECB) funding opportunity to help engage youth. This grant opportunity is exclusively for high school-affiliated PTSA/PTAs aimed at building capacity to better engage youth in youth-led and/or youth-centered mission-aligned projects within their PTSA/PTA, local campuses and/or communities. State PTA Capacity Building Funding

Applications close Oct. 1 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

National PTA is offering a funding opportunity that will provide $10,000 for up to 10 state level PTAs to support capacity building to increase mission, membership, leadership development and/or organizational effectiveness during FY2025-2026. Learn more and apply now at PTA.org/Grants.
