Good Standing Requirements to Qualify:

  1. State/National dues paid for at least 25 members 
  2. Insured with the AIM NYS PTA Insurance package
  3. Bylaws that are not expired
  4. 990 Filing is current and IRS Exemption not Revoked
  5. Officers updated with current school year in MemberHub

GOOD APPLE MEMBERSHIP GROWTH AWARD ACHIEVERS
 

  •  Challenge your PTA to grow your Membership total over last year

  •  Pay State/National dues for all members to date by May 31

  •  Achieve the highest growth statewide to receive a $300 cash prize
Achieve membership growth year over year to earn the following recognition:
  •  More than 100% growth to earn the “GOLD level Good Apple” digital award badge
  •  More than 50% growth to earn the “SILVER level Good Apple” digital award badge
  •  More than 25% growth to earn the “BRONZE level Good Apple” digital award badge
Feb 2023 & May 2023 – Membership All Stars

 May All Stars Achievers List

  •  Earn 5 or more Membership Awards throughout the year to qualify as a Membership All Star!
 

Sep 2022 – Early Bird Award

Early Bird Award Achievers

  •  Reach 60% of your Membership Goal to earn the “Early Bird” digital award badge

  •  Pay State/National dues for all members who have joined to date by September 30

  •  12 random winners (one from each region) will receive a PTA Swag gift
Oct 2022 – On Target Award (Good Standing Requirement)

  •  Reach the minimum of 25 members to earn the new “On Target” digital award badge

  •  Enter all cash/check members in MemberHub

  • Pay State/National dues for all members who have joined to date by October 31

  •  Reach 75% of your Membership Goal to earn the “Trailblazer” digital award badge

  •  Pay State/National dues for all members who have joined to date by October 31

  •  12 random winners (one from each region) will receive a PTA Swag gift

Nov 2022 – Super Teacher/Staff Award

Super Teacher/Staff Award Achievers

  •  Achieve more than 75% of your total number of school employees as Teacher/Staff members to earn the “Super Teacher/Staff” digital award badge

  •  Required to qualify – Enter your school’s Number of Employees on MemberHub – navigate to Compliance>View Unit Data and scroll down to find the field then edit and save

  •  Enter “TEACHER/STAFF” member type OR answer YES to Teacher/Staff question

  •  Pay State/National dues for all members who have joined to date by November 30

  •  4 random winners will be selected from all achievers to receive a PTA Swag gift
Jan 2023 – Family Engagement Award (Self-nominated award)

The Family PTA Plus+ Membership card will help you track how many additional family/ friend memberships you have gifted or recruited during this promotion. Your PTA unit may choose to offer an incentive for families to complete the challenge.
